Miles and Mugs

This is a group that runs all year long on Saturday mornings from the local Strata coffee bar. If you are training for a race or just wanting to push yourself then this run just might be for you! Miles and Mugs is a hilly and 8+ mile run. “Hills give you Skills” *During the summer race weekends, five-mile runs will be held on Wednesday evenings instead of the Saturday hilly runs.
