The race starts at 7:30 a.m. sharp on July 4, 2026, in front of the Carson County Courthouse at
501 Main Street, Panhandle, Texas 79068.
Registration will close at 7:00 a.m.
Registration is $40 per person regardless of category or age division.
Your registration includes participation in the Fun Run, one t-shirt, one free admission to the Boy Scouts Pancake Breakfast,and one ticket in a drawing for various prizes.

Stick around for the Boy Scouts Pancake Breakfast ($8 admission to non-runners/walkers) at the War Memorial Building and parade along Main Street at 10:00 a.m.

Packet pick-up will be at the Carson County Courthouse Friday, July 3, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
Race day registration will also be available but PLEASE come early as registration will close at 7:00 a.m. Shirts are on a first come first serve basis.
Awards will follow once the runners conclude and tallies are finalized.
Awards will be for top male and female in each age division, top over-all winner in 5K and 1-mile runs.
There will be no awards for 1 mile walk participants, but you will be entered in the drawing.
All proceeds support the David Phillips Memorial Scholarship Fund and Joy Community Fund.
